Now, almost six months later, I am not even going to try to detail everything that has happened since Claire was 19 months old. I look at her every morning and wonder where she came from, when she turned into such a little person. It seems the only thing constant is her movement and her chatter. Unless she is sleeping, she is always going and almost always talking. She is exhausting, at times frustrating, thoroughly entertaining, and the most wonderful thing I could have ever imagined. While there are aspects of this age that are truly terrible (the insistence that everything is "mine" and the pushing, shoving and hitting that often go along with that declaration), two is turning out to be a wonderful age. Claire constantly amazes us with the things she remembers and the things that come out of her mouth, her incredible imagination, and her capacity to love. I'm going to try to be better over the coming months to document the things she does, so that some day I don't look back and realize I had forgotten all of the funny little things she said. Until then, here are some highlights from the last six months.

Time Flies...
...especially when you have a two year old. I've put off blogging about Claire for so long, that I felt like I would have to write this really amazing summary of what had happened since my last post, which made me feel pressured, which made me procrastinate, which made me feel pressured, which made me procrastinate...

She is ADORABLE. I very well remember when my girls were 2 (and 2 of them at the same time). I know it can be trying, but the pictures show you and Claire are both doing a great job.
Loved the popsicle insights especially :)
